Who we are ?
The Canadian Soccer Agents Association (“CSAA”) is a non-profit organization
with a membership base consisting of FIFA license Football agent in Canada
and affiliate agents worldwide. Given this global network, CSAA is also
comprised of associates Members (those who have big interest in Soccer
agent industry and willing to support the Organization).


Our Mission
The CSAA is committed to represent the interests of Canadian base soccer
agents in the industry. This role is further accentuated by our primary
objectives:

• Defend the collective interests of agents.

• Bring together existing agent and organize training to assist Canadians
willing to pass FIFA Agent Exam.

• Organize seminars and forums for agents networking and continue education.

• Ensure our members maintain the best practice of FFAR and beyond.

• Bolster members’ positioning in front of professional Soccer stakeholders.

• Promote the commercial image of Soccer agents; and

• Foster cooperation with professional football stakeholders.


Our Vision
The CSAA will be recognized nationally as the definitive resource
for Soccer Agent related information, education, expertise, and
industry support with active chapters throughout Canada.


Our approach
As a professional representative body, the CSAA operates on express mandates
from its members. This ensures a democratic governance structure that accounts
directly to CSAA’s constituents, who are ultimately the agents themselves.
For the first time in Canada, the CSAA has emerged as a guardian of the
agents’ profession and gives agents a voice in the regulation, development
and image of their own profession. Our primary tasks are to:
•Coordinate the registration and accreditation of football agents across
jurisdictions worldwide and facilitate compliance with regulations.

•Provide expert legal and practical assistance to Canadian agent on
national and EU legislation, especially in contract and employment law.

•Facilitate amicable dispute resolution between agents and football stakeholders.

•Improve the positioning of CSAA members amongst key football governing
bodies via critical commitment and discussion on all issues relevant to the agent
profession.

•Grow CSAA's membership base to reflect the global nature of the Soccer
agent profession, and more so, the sport itself.
•Exchange best practices amongst members to stimulate greater harmonization within the profession.

CSAA, a member of The Football Forum and EFAA (European Football Agents Association),
means that as a member you will benefit from a collective voice in the governance
of industry decisions. CSAA empowers its members to self-regulate in line with FIFA
requirements, thereby safeguarding their interests. CSAA is the culmination of years
of rigorous legal and practical expertise involving active industry knowledge and
academic research. This knowledge is enriched by the cross-border exchange of best practices.
